1-Position – Manager – Sales

Reporting to - AVP - Sales
Location – Noida (Corporate Office)

Minimum 4 years of experience. Upper Age limit: 30 years.
Tier 2 Business School minimum (top 50 B School only).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Accountable for revenue targets for self & team.
Plan & execute promotional activities and corporate presentations.
Very strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Determine price schedules and discount rates.
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
Solid, demons ratable work experience and success credentials.
Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles
Outstanding ability to analyse sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills are required.  
Preference for process-driven, aggressive candidates. People from BFSI (MNC firms), Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, Classified Portals, and Media etc will be preferred.
